      We're Building Roofs, Building Futures

      New Life Labor Co. was formed in 2023 out of sheer necessity. Having worked for over a decade in the roofing industry for large companies, Kevin McClellan and Carolina Saldana joined forces to open a roofing company that would eliminate the grey areas that most customers get thrown into when they have to deal with contractors. After years of putting up with large corporations overcharging clients, failed inspections, permitting processes taking way too long and unhappy customers, Kevin and Carolina decided to take the leap. It was a risky venture for both. They both had to leave their current jobs and start from zero. 
       
      Kevin has been selling roofs and Field project management for 12 years. Carolina has been managing and operating residential communities, performing administrative operations from ground up in multiple markets and specializes in business management. Together they embarked on the journey to form New Life Labor. Their vision is to provide excellent customer service through clear communication, and easy operation processes. NLL's  number one priority is our customers and their homes.

Initially, he honed his skills on the construction side, then advanced to overseeing projects, and has now transitioned into the sales realm, where he applies his comprehensive knowledge to serve clients effectively.
